1. Introduction

Welcome to AMING Hospitality. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and customers within New Zealand. Your use of our site indicates your acceptance of these terms.

2. New Zealand Only

AMING Hospitality operates solely within New Zealand. All transactions, shipping, and services are provided exclusively within New Zealand territory.

3. Pricing & GST

All prices are shown in NZD and exclude GST. GST and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. A tax invoice is issued with each purchase. Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders & Payments

We do not offer credit or trade accounts. All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. A valid GST invoice is issued for each order.

5. Delivery

We ship within New Zealand only. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes vary but generally range from 5–14 business days. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee and original condition requirements. Customers must cover return shipping costs. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are fully covered under NZ consumer law and will be repaired, replaced, or refunded without charge. Please contact us before returning any product.

7. Consumer Rights

All products are sold in compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Business customers agree that the CGA does not apply where products are acquired for business use.

8. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties may apply. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and are subject to proper use and installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by AMING Hospitality. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including spreading malware, conducting fraud, or violating laws. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating these rules.
