Visa / Mastercard or bank transfer for discounted equipment subtotals up to NZ$2,000 ex GST. Above this amount, bank transfer is required. GST, freight and additional services are excluded from this limit. Related split orders are reviewed together. This is a manually reviewed trading rule.

After capture, allow approximately 5–7 working days for settlement and bank receipt as a planning guide; first payouts, bank processing or reviews may take longer. We arrange preparation only after funds reach our bank. Preparation and transport time are additional.

Delivery is quoted per order; no free delivery is assumed. Delivery is to a safely vehicle-accessible location with agreed unloading facilities. Indoor handling, unpacking, positioning and installation are not included. Tail lift, rural or difficult access, stairs and redelivery may cost extra. Kerbside delivery does not include a tail lift. Carrier minimum charges may apply to small orders. Foreseeable charges are confirmed before payment.
