Freight is charged on every delivery order. We do not offer free delivery. Freight is quoted separately from product prices and confirmed before payment. Delivery is to a safely vehicle-accessible location with agreed unloading facilities. Indoor handling, unpacking, positioning and installation are not included. Tail lift, rural or difficult access, stairs and redelivery may cost extra. Kerbside delivery does not include a tail lift. Foreseeable charges are confirmed before payment. All delivery orders, regardless of amount, are payable only by bank transfer after the complete quote is confirmed.
